How do featured listings work?
Featured listings appear at the top of search results and on the homepage. They include a special badge that builds trust with potential customers.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your listing will remain featured until the end of your current billing period.
How are booking fees calculated?
We charge a 10% platform fee on each booking. Premium members get a reduced 7% fee. Payment processing (2.9% + $0.30) is separate and goes to our payment processor.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed within 2-3 business days after the charter is completed. Funds are deposited directly to your connected bank account.
